BILLING CODE 6717-01-P DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [Docket No. RP00-445-001] Alliance Pipeline L.P.; Notice of Negotiated Rates December 4, 2001. Take notice that on November 26, 2001, Alliance Pipeline L.P. (Alliance) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective January 1, 2002: First Revised Sheet No. 11 First Revised Sheet No. 12 First Revised Sheet No. 13 First Revised Sheet No. 14 Alliance states that it provides firm service under Rate Schedule FT-1 for its existing shippers, all of whom have agreed to pay negotiated rates.
The negotiated rate agreements provide that changes in Alliance's costs will be reflected in its negotiated rates from time to time. Alliance states that the tariff sheets listed above set forth the essential elements of its Rate Schedule FT-1 negotiated rate transactions, including the rates thereunder, and that it is filing the listed tariff sheets to reflect changes made to the rates charged under its negotiated rate agreements as a result of changes in its costs. Alliance states that its filing is made pursuant to the authorization set forth in its negotiated rates agreements and section 39 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
Alliance states that copies of its filing have been mailed to all customers, state commissions, and other interested customers. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection. This filing may also be viewed on the web at *http://www.ferc.gov * using the “RIMS” link, select “Docket#” and follow the instructions (call 202-208-2222 for assistance).
