BILLING CODE 6712-01-P FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION 47 CFR Part 73 [DA 01-1323, MM Docket No. 99-297, RM-9726] Digital Television Broadcast Service; Oklahoma City, OK AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission. ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., permittee station KOCO-TV, substitutes DTV channel 7 for DTV channel 16 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. *See* 64 FR 54268, October 6, 1999. DTV channel 7 can be allotted to Oklahoma City in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (35-33-45 N. and 97-29-24 W.) with a power of 42.0, HAAT of 446 meters and with a DTV service population of 1248 thousand.
