(OMB)for clearance the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). *Agency* : National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). *Title* : Northeast Red Crab Vessel Trip and IVR Reports. *Form Number(s)* : None. *OMB Approval Number* : None. *Type of Request* : Emergency submission. *Burden Hours* : 26. *Number of Respondents* : 10. *Average Hours Per Response* : 5 minutes for a Vessel Trip Report, 4 minutes for a Interactive Voice Response Report. *Needs and Uses* : Fishermen who have obtained a Letter of Authorization in order to fish for, catch, possess, transport, land, or process at sea more than 100 pounds of red crab from the U.S. Exclusive Economic Zone of the western Atlantic Ocean must submit Vessel Trip Reports (logbooks) on their fishing catch and effort and Interactive Voice Response

(IVR)system reports on their catch. IVR reports are made weekly to allow closer monitoring of catch than is possible through the monthly submission of the Vessel Trip Reports.
