SUMMARY: This notice corrects the initial filing of a pesticide petition proposing the establishment of regulations for residues of a certain pesticide chemical in or on various food commodities. EPA received a pesticide petition from the Rohm and Haas Company proposing the establishment and/or amendment of regulations for residues of the pesticide chemical zoxamide (RH-117281 Technical) benzamide-3,5-dichloro- *N* -(3-chloro-1-ethyl-1-methyl-2-oxopropyl)-4-methyl in or on the raw agricultural commodities tomatoes and cucurbits at 2 parts per million. This notice of filing of pesticide petition was published in the **Federal Register** on August 24, 2000. The notice of filing listed the wrong petition number. Therefore, EPA is issuing this correction to correct the petition number as follows: In FR Doc. 00-21674, published in the **Federal Register** of August 24, 2000 at page 51612, change the pesticide number that now reads “PP 9F5058” and appears in the middle column of page 51613, to read “PP 0F6093”.
