Summary

The Commission, at the request of Alabama Educational Television Commission, licensee of noncommercial television station WDIQ-TV, substitutes DTV channel *11 for DTV channel *59 at Dozier, Alabama. See 65 FR 46684, July 31, 2000. DTV channel *11 can be allotted to Dozier at coordinates (31-33-16 N. and 86-23-32 W.) with a power 1.0, HAAT of 383 meters, and with a DTV service population of 231 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
