SUMMARY: In accordance with 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee At, Public Law (92-463) announcement is made of the next meeting of the Inland Waterways Users Board. The meeting will be held on November 3, 2000, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Doubletree Hotel—Pittsburgh at Liberty Center, 1000 Penn Avenue, adjacent to the convention center (Tel.
(412)281-3700). Registration will begin at 9 am and the meeting is scheduled to adjourn at 4 pm. The meeting is open to the public.
