Summary

The Commission, at the request of WTKR-TV, Inc., licensee of station WTKR-TV, NTSC Channel 3, Norfolk, Virginia, substitutes DTV Channel 40 for station WTKR-TV's assigned DTV Channel 58 at Norfolk. See 65FR 24670, April 27, 2000. DTV Channel 40 can be allotted to Norfolk at coordinates (36-48-56 N. and 76-28-00 W.) with a power of 1000, HAAT of 313 meters and with a DTV service population of 1761 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
