Although this action may be of particular interest to those persons who conduct or sponsor research on pesticides, the Agency has not attempted to describe all the specific entities that may be affected by this action. If you have any questions regarding the information in this action, consult the designated contact person listed for the individual EUP. B. How Can I Get Additional Information, Including Copies of This Document and Other Related Documents? II. EUP EPA has issued the following EUP: *264-EUP-129* . Issuance. Aventis CropScience, P.O. Box 12014, 2 T.W. Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709. This experimental use permit allows the use of 280 pounds of the herbicide isoxaflutole [5-cyclopropyl-4-(2-methylsulfonyl-4-trifluoromethylbenzoyl)isoxazole] on 2,000 acres of field corn to evaluate the control of broadleaf and grass weeds under a range of environmental conditions. The program is authorized only in the States of Michigan and Pennsylvania. The experimental use permit is effective from April 6, 2000, to April 6, 2001.
