ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: An open meeting of the Pacific-Northwest Citizen Advocacy Panel will be held in Bend, Oregon. (1988)that an open meeting of the Citizen Advocacy Panel will be held Friday, August 11, 2000, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Cascade Natural Gas Office, 334 NE Hawthorne Ave, Bend, Oregon 97701 and Saturday, August 12, 2000, 9 a.m. to Noon at the Riverhouse, 3075 N. Highway 97, Bend, Oregon 97701. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 10 minutes.
