MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the following: 1. *Local 2232, UMWA* v. *Island Creek Coal Co.,* Docket No. VA 99-79-C (Issues include whether miners were idled by MSHA's section 107 withdrawal order, thereby qualifying them for compensation under section 111 of the Mine Act).
