ACTION: 30-Day notice of information collection; Medical examination of applicants for United States visas, Form OF-157. SUMMARY: The Department of State has submitted the following information to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Comments should be submitted to OMB within 30 days of the publication of this notice. The following summarizes the information collection proposal submitted to OMB: *Type of Request: * Revision and Reinstatement Form. *Originating Office: * CA/VO/F/P. *Title of Information Collection: * Medical Examination of Applicants for United States Visas. *Frequency: * 700,000. *Form Number: * OF-157. *Respondents: * Immigrant Visa Applicants. *Estimated Number of Respondents: * 700,000. *Average Hours Per Response: * 2 hours. *Total Estimated Burden: * 1,400,000 hours.
