Summary

The proposed information collection described below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Need For and Use of Information: When a company wishes to build a line over or under a power transmission line owned by TVA, TVA must review certain engineering data to ensure reliability of the power system and to protect the public by ensuring that the crossing meets the National Electrical Safety Code.
