Relating to the Establishment of a Fee to Members for Receiving On-Line Options Information February 2, 2000. On June 29, 1999, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. (“Phlx” or “Exchange”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) a proposed rule change, pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Act”) 1 and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, 2 to adopt a fee for the transmission to members of option trade information on a real-time trade basis.
