An Act To waive the 60-day notice requirement for the posthumous honorary promotion of Captain Cody Khork, United States Army.Mar. 20, 2026[[S. 4138](/us/bill/119/s/4138)] * Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ## SECTION 1 WAIVER OF 60-DAY NOTICE REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSTHUMOUS HONORARY PROMOTION OF CAPTAIN CODY KHORK, UNITED STATES ARMY The 60-day notice requirement under [section 1563a(b) of title 10, United States Code](/us/usc/t10/s1563a/b), is hereby waived for the purpose of the posthumous honorary promotion of Captain Cody Khork, United States Army, to the rank of major. Approved March 20, 2026.
