Res. 35](/us/bill/119/hjres/35)] * Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to “Waste Emissions Charge for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems:
Procedures for Facilitating Compliance, Including Netting and Exemptions” ([89 Fed. Reg. 91094](/us/fr/89/91094) (November 18, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect. Approved March 14, 2025.
