An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 275 Penn Avenue in Salem, Ohio, as the “Howard Arthur Tibbs Post Office”.Dec. 27, 2022[[H.R. 2473](/us/bill/117/hr/2473)] * Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ## SECTION 1 HOWARD ARTHUR TIBBS POST OFFICE ###
(a)Designation The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 275 Penn Avenue in Salem, Ohio, shall be known and designated as the “Howard Arthur Tibbs Post Office”. ###
(b)References Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Howard Arthur Tibbs Post Office”. Approved December 27, 2022.
