An Act To amend the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 to make technical corrections.Nov. 27, 2019[[H.R. 3889](/us/bill/116/hr/3889)] * Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ONDCP Technical Corrections Act of 2019. ## SECTION 1 SHORT TITLE [21 USC 1701 note](/us/usc/t21/s1701). This Act may be cited as the “ONDCP Technical Corrections Act of 2019”. ## SEC. 2 TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS ###
(a)Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 Technical Corrections The Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 ([21 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.](/us/usc/t21/s1701/etseq)) is amended— ####

(3)Matching requirement revived and restored Section 1032(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 ([21 U.S.C. 1532(b)(1)(A)](/us/usc/t21/s1532/b/1/A)) is revived and restored as if the amendment made by section 8203(b)(4) of the Substance Abuse Prevention Act of 2018 (subtitle K of [title VIII of Public Law 115–271](/us/pl/115/271/tVIII)) had never been enacted. ###
