Res. 57](/us/bill/115/hjres/57)] * Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to accountability and State plans under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (published at [81 Fed. Reg. 86076](/us/fr/81/86076) (November 29, 2016)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
