(a)Designation The United States Customs and Border Protection Port of Entry located at 1400 Lower Island Road in Tornillo, Texas, shall be known and designated as the “Marcelino Serna Port of Entry”. ###
(b)References Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the port of entry referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Marcelino Serna Port of Entry”. Approved September 29, 2016.
