§ 2304. Assignment of claims.
By making application to the fund, an aggrieved party assigns to the Commonwealth any claim he may have for restitution arising out of the failure of the member to forward the titling and registration documents, fees and taxes. The department may coordinate with applicable Commonwealth agencies the filing of a civil complaint against the member for reimbursement to the fund. Nothing contained in this chapter shall limit the authority of the department, the Department of Revenue or any other government agency to take civil, criminal or disciplinary action against any member for any violation of this title or any statute or regulation.
