§ 2106. Local match.
Unless otherwise specified by law, financial assistance under section 2104(a)(2) and
(4)(relating to use of money in fund) shall be matched by local funding in an amount not less than 30% of the non-Federal share of the project costs. Matching funds from a county or municipality shall only consist of cash contributions provided by one or more counties or municipalities.
