§ 5533. When center line of street is boundary between township and another municipal corporation.
(a)Municipal corporation contracts.-- A township may enter into a contract with a municipal corporation to provide for the grading, curbing, draining and paving of a street that constitutes the dividing line between the township and the municipal corporation.
(b)Alterations and improvements.-- The alterations and improvements shall be made under the supervision of the township or municipal corporation, or by contract let by the township or the municipal corporation, as may be provided for in the contract between the township and the municipal corporation.
