§ 5517. Entry on land to maintain markers and monuments.
The board of commissioners and the board of commissioners' agents and employees may enter upon any land or property to maintain markers and monuments as the board of commissioners deems necessary in carrying out the board of commissioners' powers and duties under this chapter.
