§ 4315. Building and housing regulations.
In addition to other remedies provided by law, the board of commissioners may enact and enforce suitable ordinances relating to building and housing regulations in accordance with Chapter 75 (relating to Uniform Construction Code, property maintenance code and reserved powers).
