§ 4306. General powers.
The board of commissioners may make and adopt ordinances, bylaws, rules and regulations not inconsistent with or restrained by the Constitution and laws of this Commonwealth as may be expedient or necessary for:
(1)The proper management, care and control of the township and the township's finances.
(2)The maintenance of peace, good government and welfare of the township and the township's trade, commerce and manufactures.
