§ 3501. Township engineer.
(a)Appointment.-- The board of commissioners may appoint and determine the compensation of a township engineer. The township engineer shall serve at the pleasure of the board of commissioners.
(b)Definition.-- As used in this section, the term "engineer" means a registered professional engineer or firm of registered professional engineers.
