§ 5802. Plan document.
The board shall set forth the terms and provisions of the plan and trust in a document containing the terms and conditions of the plan and in a trust declaration that shall be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Any amendments to the plan and trust declaration also shall be published. The creation of the document containing the terms and conditions of the plan and the trust declaration and the establishment of the terms and provisions of the plan and the trust need not be promulgated by regulation or formal rulemaking and shall not be subject to the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.769, No.240), referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law.
A reference in this part or other law to the plan shall include the plan document unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
