§ 1124. Transfer of funds.
Except for funds in the Pollution Prevention Assistance Account, funds may be transferred by an action of the board between the Small Business First Fund, the Machinery and Equipment Loan Fund and the Industrial Development Fund to maximize the effectiveness of the programs.
