§ 7397. Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
To the extent permitted by section 102 of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (Public Law 106-229, 15 U.S.C. § 7002), this subchapter may supersede provisions of that act.
