§ 10102. Legislative intent.
It is the intent of the General Assembly to support the development and expansion of current or future very small meat and poultry processing operations in this Commonwealth by offering reimbursement grants to cover the costs associated with:
(1)A grant of inspection from the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service.
(2)Opening a new very small meat and poultry processing operation.
(3)Expanding the capacity of a current very small meat and poultry processing operation.
(4)A combination of paragraphs (1),
(2)and (3).
