§ 1802. District attorneys.
(a)Investigation.-- Except as provided in section 1801 (relating to Attorney General), each commission shall investigate alleged violations of this part within its county and report apparent violations to the district attorney of the county.
(b)Prosecution.-- Subject to section 205(a)(3) through
(5)of the act of October 15, 1980 (P.L.950, No.164), known as the Commonwealth Attorneys Act, the district attorney shall have prosecutorial jurisdiction over violations reported under subsection (a).
