§ 8629. Department of Transportation.

The following shall apply:

(1)The Secretary of Transportation shall publish notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin of the completion of the Department of Transportation's:

(i)Internet website established under section 8621(c)(2) (relating to the Governor Robert P. Casey Memorial Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Trust Fund contributions);

(ii)establishment of the Donate Life PA registry; and

(iii)establishment of the hyperlinks to enable donation of money under section 8621.

(2)Until the notice under paragraph

(1)is published, the Secretary of Transportation shall issue a statement every 60 days to the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Judiciary Committee of the Senate and the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives regarding the actions taken by the department to complete the requirements under paragraph (1).
