§ 17156. Rules and regulations.
Rules and regulations shall be applicable to the taxes imposed under this subchapter in the same manner as is provided for in section 506(1) and
(2)of the act of June 5, 1991 (P.L.9, No.6), known as the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority Act for Cities of the First Class.
