§ 16908. Borrowing money, bond issue and tax levy.
The county commissioners may borrow money and secure indebtedness for the purposes authorized under this chapter, in accordance with 53 Pa.C.S. Pt. VII Subpt. B (relating to indebtedness and borrowing).
