§ 2511. Financial reports to shareholders.
(a)General rule.-- The requirements of section 1554 (relating to financial reports to shareholders) shall not apply to a registered corporation.
(b)Exception.-- Subsection
(a)does not apply to a registered corporation described in section 2502(2) (relating to registered corporation status) that has more than one shareholder.
