701.002 Short title. Chapter 928, Oregon Laws 1989, shall be known as the Construction Contractors Licensing Act. [Formerly 701.900]
Note: Legislative Counsel has substituted “chapter 928, Oregon Laws 1989,” for the words “this Act” in section 31, chapter 928, Oregon Laws 1989, compiled as 701.900 and renumbered 701.002 in 2001. Specific ORS references have not been substituted, pursuant to 173.160. The sections for which substitution otherwise would be made may be determined by referring to the 1989 Comparative Section Table located in Volume 22 of ORS.
