684.105 Discipline procedure; review of board orders.
(1)Where the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners proposes to refuse to issue a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
(2)Judicial review of orders under subsection
(1)of this section shall be in accordance with ORS chapter 183. [1971 c.734 §131]
