663.045 Obtaining advisory opinions on assertion of federal jurisdiction; findings of board to be public records.
(1)In carrying out this chapter, the Employment Relations Board may, pursuant to any applicable federal law, rule or regulation, petition the National Labor Relations Board for an advisory opinion as to whether that agency will assert jurisdiction over a labor dispute which is the subject of a proceeding then pending before the board.
(2)All findings, conclusions, and determinations of the board under this chapter shall be public records. [Formerly 662.595]
