63.021 Appeal from Secretary of State’s refusal to file document. If the Secretary of State refuses to file a document delivered to the office for filing, the domestic or foreign limited liability company, in addition to any other legal remedy which may be available, shall have the right to appeal from such order pursuant to the provisions of ORS chapter 183.
