60.024 Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document.
(1)A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State’s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the office.
(2)The provisions of ORS 56.110 shall apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter. [1987 c.52 §11]
