59.325 Certified copies of documents; fee; effect of certification.
(1)The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall furnish to any person, upon payment of a fee established by rule, copies (certified if requested) of any document which is a matter of public record. In a proceeding or prosecution under the Oregon Securities Law, a copy so certified shall be prima facie evidence of the contents of the entry or document certified.
(2)A certificate of the director as to compliance or noncompliance with licensing or registration provisions of the Oregon Securities Law shall be taken and received in a civil or criminal proceeding in this state as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
