522.990 Penalties. Subject to ORS 153.022, violation of any provision of this chapter or of any rule or order of the governing board of the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries made thereunder, excluding ORS 522.405 to 522.545 and any rule promulgated thereunder, is a Class B misdemeanor.
