431.550 Power of Oregon Health Authority to collect information from local public health administrators. Nothing in ORS 431.380 to 431.510 and this section shall be construed to limit the authority of the Oregon Health Authority to require facts and statistics from local public health administrators on matters relating to the preservation of life and health of the people of this state.
