357.100 State Library responsible for receipt of and access to government publications.
(1)The State Library shall be the agency responsible for receiving copies of government publications and making them available to depository libraries.
(2)The State Librarian shall periodically assess the performance of depository libraries and report the results of these assessments to the State Library Board.
(3)The State Library shall ensure public access to government publications, regardless of the format of the document. [1995 c.69 §7; 2005 c.33 §6; 2015 c.328 §18]
