341.721 Issuance by State Treasurer. To provide funds to community college districts for the purposes specified in Article XI-G of the Oregon Constitution, the State Treasurer may issue bonds under ORS 286A.848. [2005 c.787 §20; 2007 c.783 §140; 2013 c.747 §71; 2015 c.366 §27; 2017 c.9 §13]
