305.640 Discrimination among employers prohibited. Nothing in ORS 305.620 to 305.640 consents to the application of any law that has the effect of imposing more burdensome requirements on the State of Oregon or a political subdivision than it imposes on other employers, or that has the effect of subjecting the State of Oregon or a political subdivision, or any of its officers or employees, to any penalty or liability by reason of ORS 305.620 to 305.640.
