291.003 Federal laws and rules govern use of federal funds; exceptions. Notwithstanding any provision of ORS 291.001 to 291.034, 291.201 to 291.222, 291.232 to 291.260, 291.261, 291.307 and 291.990, but subject to any applicable judgment or settlement agreement, in all cases where federal funds are involved, the federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to the federal funds shall govern. [Amended by 1967 c.419 §3; 2003 c.734 §14; 2009 c.821 §24]
