182.050 Time and manner of payment to counties. No state board or commission affected by the provisions of ORS 182.040 and 182.060 shall be required at the time of ordering the performance of any services for which a fee or charge may be collected by the county to pay the collectible fee or charge in advance or at the time the services are rendered. The county clerk or other officer performing the service, upon request made by the board or commission, shall charge to the board or commission the amount of the fee or charge, and thereafter on the first days of January, April, July and October of each calendar year supply to the board or commission an itemized statement of all services performed upon order of the board or commission for the three months preceding, together with the legal charge collectible therefor.
The board or commission, upon receipt of the statement, promptly shall pay the amount due the county.
