182.035 Criminal records checks to be conducted through Department of State Police.
(1)If an agency of state government, as defined in ORS 174.111, conducts a criminal records check of a person for the purposes of employment by the agency, the agency shall conduct the criminal records check through the Department of State Police.
(2)A criminal records check conducted through the Law Enforcement Data System meets the requirements of this section. [2019 c.424 §1]
