176.200 Governor’s Office Operating Fund.
(1)The Governor’s Office Operating Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Moneys in the Governor’s Office Operating Fund are continuously appropriated to the Office of the Governor for the operating expenses of the Office of the Governor. The fund shall consist of moneys appropriated or transferred to the fund and moneys received under subsection
(2)of this section.
(2)The Office of the Governor may receive gifts, grants or contributions from any source, whether public or private. Moneys received under this subsection shall be deposited in the Governor’s Office Operating Fund established by subsection
